Moayed Al-Ateba library Services


Founded in 2017, the Moayed Al-Ateba Library serves as a comprehensive academic hub for the Faculties of Medicine and Pharmacy, spanning three floors of specialized study spaces and research facilities. The library offers an extensive open-stack collection managed through the Pars Azarakhsh system, alongside a robust Electronic Reading Room providing access to global scientific databases and remote connectivity support. Our services include dedicated Information Counseling for postgraduate research, systematic review assistance, and the use of bibliographic management software. Furthermore, the library features a specialized Training Section that regularly conducts academic workshops and orientation programs. By integrating advanced digital infrastructure with expert library guidance, we are committed to facilitating high-level research and scholarly excellence for our students and faculty.

RESEARCH CONSULTING SERVICES

By providing a new platform for providing research consulting services, the Research Empowerment Unit has launched a research consulting desk system to provide quality and reliable services in various research fields to its faculty members and researchers. In order to use research consulting services, it is enough for researchers to register their request for consulting services by referring to the "consultation" section in the Researcher system and receive the services they need in person or in absentia at the chosen time.

WORKSHOPS

This department is equipped with 17 networked computers, whiteboards, and televisions to display educational materials.

This department, which is located on the second floor of the library, is responsible for assessing the scientific and informational needs of the respected faculty members and students, and based on this needs assessment, it organizes workshops with the coordination of the respected research assistants and the respected managers; Also, at the beginning of each semester, he organizes a workshop to familiarize himself with the library and how to use the library software for new students.
